A project with a dominant constructive element in the ceiling of the lighthouse tower.
The ceiling was transformed using 50 tons of steel that was lifted over 4 nights from Ben Yehuda Street and created a construction that distributed the loads to the walls of the building and thus made it possible to create a cockroach club on the roof of the building.
Beyond this complexity, we created bars, emergency passages, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, digital lighting, and outdoor furniture.
