The work included the conversion of an office building into a boutique hotel while performing general demolitions, building reinforcements using internal steel construction, performing plumbing infrastructure, electricity, low voltage, air conditioning, and smoke release.
We created elevations for all levels to allow a route for plumbing infrastructure in favor of wet rooms for each room and renovation of the facades of the building according to the standards of the Tel Aviv-Jaffo Municipality.
