Migdalei HaYam HaTihon is a company that owns seven sheltered housing throughout the country, each with its unique housing.

TG was chosen to produce all the carpentry works and the craftsman frames in the Migdalei HaYam HaTihon project in the city of Rehovot, which included 250 housing units.
Rehovot is a quiet, pleasant, and calm city, and the Towers’ location in Rehovot allows residents to enjoy 24-hour care, supervision, learning, growth, recreation, and the city’s natural resources.

The design of the sheltered community in a classical way, with modern woodwork and designed to a high standard, where maintaining the safety of the tenants is obviously in the first place, will give the place a beautiful appearance, high functionality, and a pastoral, innovative, refreshing and pleasant atmosphere.

The project is expected to be completed at the end of 2023 and, in the process, will also increase the number of housing units to 1,900 units in the Migdalei HaYam HaTihon chain.

We are excited and pleased to be part of this unique project aimed at providing security in the homes of elderly tenants alongside a pleasant, pastoral, and exciting design.
