Project Location

Collaboration with
Interior design: Nestor Sandbank
Execution Time
Eight months
The Lighthouse Hotel from Brown Hotels is located in the old office tower Beit Magdalor in Tel Aviv. The tower, which enjoys a strategic location on the corner of Ben Yehuda and Allenby streets, was recently renovated.
The lobby in the hotel was remodeled, including breaking down the shops in the front and adjusting the entrance level to the lobby level. In addition, all the infrastructure and finishing works were carried out, including all the carpentry work, the metal marble, green walls, coverings, and the production and supply of furniture.
In addition, in the 100 hotel rooms (and these days in new rooms..) the headboards were made in a combination of wood and lighting coverings, as well as the furniture in the rooms.
As part of the hotel’s restaurant, hot and cold serving buffets made of metal construction with marble coating were produced, as well as a brass display and a serving bar made of metal and marble.
