This prestigious project consists of business and residential buildings with high-class and prestigious apartments. This renovation is reflected in the lobby of the building, where it remains open throughout the renovation. A complex project that requires precise and careful planning in an active lobby where high-quality wooden wall coverings integrated with hidden lighting, hidden doors made of the highest quality raw materials made of wood and column coverings combined with a brass profile, and metallic painting that provide light and modern design have been incorporated.

Each of the three massive metal mashrabiyyas in the lobby was laser cut with a special metallic color, and they can be rotated to design the lobby in a different way depending on the customer’s preferences.

A large metal library was also placed there, rising to a height of 5 meters. Because of its size, all the finishing and painting was done on-site. For maximum results, all work is carried out in accordance with the highest standards.
